MAN also offers reliable diesel engines for emergency power mode (ESP) and Limited Time Running Power (LTP), Prime Power (PRP) and Continuous Power (COP). In ESP and LTP, engines with a power of 270 kW 1,117 kW provide emergency power during power failures and breakdowns; through their reliable and fast pickup. PRP motors with an output range of 280 kW to 800 kW cover short-term peak demand, e.g. to power companies and energy-intensive industries. In the same way, the engines operating in COP mode (from 180 kW to 640 kW) demonstrate their resistance with operation up to 8,000 hours per year. MAN diesel engines guarantee an efficient production of energy thanks to their robust and simultaneous compact construction and their high economic efficiency.
